4. The purpose of personal data processing:
The purpose of the registry is to manage the customer relationship between the registry holder and the customer as well as marketing and communication. The management of the registry and the processing of data may be outsourced to a partner of the registry holder, who has committed to comply with this Privacy Policy.
5. Information content of the registry:
The registry may contain the following information about the customer:
– Name
– Phone number
– Address
– E-mail address
– Organization name and business ID
– Contact log
6. Regulation-compliant data sources:
The registry is compiled from the registry holder’s customer information system and from the website visitor monitoring tool, publicly available Internet sources and other public sources that are free of charge and paid.
7. Regulation-compliant data disclosure:
The registry holder does not disclose information to third parties except to the partner of the registry holder mentioned in Section 4 and where required by the Finnish authorities.
8. Transfer of data outside the EU or the EEA:
As a rule, personal data are not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
9. Principles of security with the registry:
Personal information is kept confidential. The information network and hardware of the registry holder and any of its partners on which the registry is located shall be protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.
