weberfloor 4660N Marine Elastic
weberfloor 4660N Marine Elastic is a self-levelling cement-based, pumpable, fibre-reinforced material designed for use in marine and offshore installations as an underlayment for floor coverings such as PVC, vinyl, linoleum, epoxy, stone and ceramics, carpets etc. 4660N Marine Elastic satisfies the requirements of the authorities and classification bodies for primary deck coverings.
The material quickly attains a high surface strength and is walkable after 2-3 hours.
Specially designed for Marine & Offshore constructions with high flexibility and strength to withstand the stress of a moving structure.
weberfloor 4680N Marine Light
weberfloor 4680N Marine Light is a lightweight, polymer modified cement-based levelling and fine smoothing compound for steel-, galvanized steel- and aluminum decks in layer thicknesses from 0 to 20 mm. The material is supplied as pre- mixed dry powder. Water is added on site of construction. The screed can be hand-applied or pumped in towards place of application using a Weber mixer pump, and requires only light mechanical handling with a trowel, spatula or spiked roller to achieve an adequate surface evenness for a floor covering.
The material quickly attains a high surface strength and is walkable after 2-4 hours. Final covering can be laid after 1-3 days. Note that the curing time depends on the substrate temperature and the ambient air temperature of the work area as well as the relative humidity. weberfloor 4680 meets all fire technical requirements as an underlayment for floor coverings onboard passenger/merchant vessels and offshore installations according to IMO Res. A.687 (16). For special applications not covered in this product datasheet, please contact Weber for further advice and guidance. Also refer to current national regulations.
weberfloor 4686N Marine Extra Light
weberfloor 4686N Marine Extra Light is a lightweight, polymer modified cement-based levelling and fine smoothing compound for steel-, galvanized steel- and aluminum decks in layer thicknesses from 0 to 30 mm. The material is supplied as pre-mixed dry powder. Water is added on site of construction. The screed can be hand-applied or pumped in towards place of application using a Weber mixer pump, and requires only light mechanical handling with a trowel, spatula or spiked roller to achieve an adequate surface evenness for a floor covering. The material quickly attains a high surface strength and is walkable after 3-5 hours. Final covering can be laid after 1-3 days. Note that the curing time depends on the substrate temperature and the ambient air temperature of the work area as well as the relative humidity. Weberfloor 4686N Marine Extra Light meets all fire technical requirements as an underlayment for floor coverings onboard passenger/ merchant vessels and offshore installations according to IMO Res. A.687 (16). For special applications not covered in this product datasheet, please contact Weber for further advice and guidance. Also refer to current national regulations.
weberfloor 4690N Marine Combi
weberfloor 4690N Marine Combi is a polymer modified, dust reduced (low dust), non-sag smoothing compound with paste consistency for use as a fine smoothing and slope building material on steel-, galvanized steel- and aluminum decks for layer thicknesses between 0,5 and 50 mm. weberfloor 4690N contains low alkaline alumina cement. The consistency of the compound can be varied with the wa ter addition. Grain size < 0,5 mm.
weberfloor 4716 Primer
weberfloor 4716 Primer is a styrene acrylate dispersion which is diluted with clean water and intended for use with Weber Marine floor screed products. weberfloor 4716 does not contain ammonia, and offers good alkali resistance and adhesion properties in both wet and dry environments. In addition to improving adhesion to the substrate, the function of the primer is to prevent air bubbles and dewatering of the screed before hardening.
Weber marine VEM PU-1 (floors) ja VEM PU-10 (walls)
Weber marine VEM PU-1 and PU-10 are a 2-component polyurethane based levelling compound for producing viscoelastic sandwich structures.
Specially designed to absorb and dissipate sound energy, resulting in quieter and more comfortable environment for passangers and crew members, while also protecting equipment from potential damage.
Easy applied and good adhesion to various surfaces, allowing for flexible and efficient installation in different areas of the vessel.
As intermediate layer in sandwich structures between deck and steel plates or between deck and mineral levelling compound on Marine & Offshore structures that requires noise reduction.
Tested and IMO MED certified to be used in the constructions of “A”, “B” & “C” fire class divisions.
weberepox easy
weberepox easy is a 2-component epoxy joint mortar for chemically resistant tiling joints. Can also be used for fixing tiles. Joint width 1 – 10 mm. Consumption as joint mortar 0.2 – 1.0 kg/m² depending on the size of the tile and the width of the joint. Delivery in a 5 kg package (includes components A + B).

weberfloor 4760N epoxy primer
weberfloor 4760N epoxy primer is a solvent-free, 2-component epoxy resin. The material is highly moisture tolerant.
weberfloor 4760N epoxy primer humidifies matt-damp surfaces, blocks water, and leads to excellent adhesion.
In combination with degreaser oily substrates can be cleaned. Afterwards a base coat can be applied.
Because of the very good penetration capability and high wettability properties the material stands the test on critical substrate. The material offers increased adhesive strength for substrate with lacking solidity. Because of its medium viscosity the material is suitable for scratch coats and as a wet bonding course for bonded screed. Good adhesion on steel-, galvanized steel-, aluminum- and concrete substrates.
Weber Marine Universal Coating
Weber Marine Universal Coating is an all-purpose, solvent free, pigmented, epoxy coating system for hard-wearing industrial coatings. Designed to bear up to high mechanical load and defy chemical contamination.
